Six members of the James family are donning their boots to walk the 21.5 miles of the Edale Skyline in Derbyshire. Rachel, Ash, Elizabeth, Matt, Lucy and William are raising money for OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity. (www.oscarspbtc.org)

Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children in the UK, their effects on children and families are brutal and long lasting and the treatments involved have devastating effects on a young body and mind.

We need to change this by funding research to find better treatments, supporting children and families at their point of greatest need and raising awareness of signs and symptoms to improve diagnosis.
