Story

On 20th October, I will be participating in the Aylsham Half Marathon at Blickling Hall. I am deeply honored to be running for the Sue Lambert Trust, a Norfolk-based charity that provides specialist therapeutic support to survivors of sexual abuse. The thought of running, walking, and maybe even crawling the 13.1 miles fills me with determination because I know that every step I take will help raise vital funds for this incredible cause. The Sue Lambert Trust has made a significant impact in Norfolk, with over 610 people accessing their support in the last year alone. Behind each statistic lies a personal story of resilience and healing, and it's this thought that drives me forward. The demand for their services continues to rise, highlighting the urgent need for ongoing support. My ultimate hope is to live in a society where these numbers are greatly reduced and where survivors are believed, heard, and can begin to heal without fear or stigma. Until that day comes, I am committed to doing my part by raising funds and awareness for this important cause. Please join me in supporting the Sue Lambert Trust as they work tirelessly to provide therapeutic healing and advocate for survivors of sexual abuse.
