On Saturday 5th April, I am running 5k on the City of Derry Airport Runway, to raise vital funds for Air Ambulance NI. 🚁

Serious or life-threatening situations can happen to anyone at any time and on average, every single day in Northern Ireland, two individuals finds themselves in critical need of Air Ambulance NI.

Each day costs £6,850 to keep the Air Ambulance service operational… Meaning it takes around £2.5m each year to keep it operational.

The running prep has begun on our end and slowly but surely we are getting better (and quicker) at running 🏃‍♀️ Sure it’s all about having a bit of craic along the way while raising money for a very worthwhile cause 🏥
