Story
Every day of the year, your local air ambulance is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of ten rescue missions a day.
The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Within minutes, our critical care crews can be on the ground delivering pre-hospital critical care and giving patients the very best chance of survival – this vital service relies entirely on donations to raise the £2,300 needed for each rescue mission, as the charity receives no government or National Lottery funding
I am a nurse in the NHS...I love fundraising ..but can't dance and don't really enjoy it ..so it will be a challenge and hopefully will be able to dance at the derngate .
This is such a perfect charity for me to support ..please think of my 8 weeks of trying to dance and support air ambulance with what ever you can ..I know life is hard at the moment and every penny counts but if everyone I know could spare me a £1...that would be great ..thankyou
It's also one of my 60 things to achieve in my 60th year ...learn a new skill
Thankyou xxcc
