Anyone who knows Raafi will know that he LOVES to run 🏃🏽‍♂️ and he’s pretty good at it too!

Most Sunday mornings you will find him at junior park run, speeding round the course as fast as his little legs will carry him.

Raafi has asked if he can run a bit further, so we signed him up for his first 5K - run the rainbow 🌈 whilst supporting Longfield Community Hospice- a brilliant cause!

Raafi is super excited and can’t wait to take on the giant obstacles, frothy foam and the riot of powder paint.
