R13 are braving Mind's Annual Skydive again this year!

Amee, Paige and Indiah have decided to take the plunge (quite literally!) and will be jumping out of a plane on Friday 21st July 2023 to raise awareness and funds for amazing work of Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
