Story
Five years ago, one of our pupils in 2nd Form came to say he wanted to make a difference to help homeless people and the 2nd Form Sleep Out was born. 35 intrepid pupils, 5 students in L6 and some brave members of staff will brave the elements to raise as much as we can to support Transform.
Transform housing and support are a specialist housing and support provider for homeless and vulnerable people. We support over 1,800 people each year, primarily in Surrey, but also its surrounding areas. Their purpose is to enable homeless and vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilled lives. As well as providing housing, they offer one to one support, empowering those that they help.
Please do give generously.
