I am raising money for the mental health charity, Mind, and to raise awareness of Men's Mental Health Month, as I feel it's a very important cause.

Men's mental health is often overlooked and trivialised when it's so important to show men that it's ok to not be ok.

On Saturday 8th November, I will be streaming the Spyro Reignited Trilogy for 12 hours on twitch.tv/PullFocus, raffling off a Spyro plush and having fun and games throughout the stream!
