Story

Mental health, lets talk about it!

Update: Some of the team have already smashed the 300,000 step target with a week to go. Please support them in this challenge. A fantastic effort for all taking part.

As part of the Mental Health awareness week initiative #MoveYourWay, some of the team have set themselves a challenge for a great cause.

Starting on 1 June, a group of employees at Pugh and Sanders Limited will take part in the out in the open challenge taking on 300,000 steps in 30 days to support young people or some may just be taking part to setting their own goals to improve their own mental and physical health.

We are facing a mental health emergency with over half of all young people struggling with their mental health, so we are raising vital funds to bring the conversation about young people’s mental health out in the open.

Donate to our "Out In The Open challenge" this June and help us build a world where young people don’t feel alone with their mental health.

Once they are all signed up, we will add the team taking part and hope we can encourage them to keep going throughout the month.

Good luck team.
