Back for another year and with a huge (quite literally) new addition in store to be unveiled, please join us for the official light switch on, Friday 6th December and then in the weeks leading up to Christmas, throughout December.

Pop along, have a drink, have some lovely pub food and come admire their beautiful Christmas lights and if you can please do give a donation, big or small it all makes a huge difference to local families.

It costs us just under £4 million to run Charlton Farm every year, and we support over 500 families across the entire South West, with local hospices in Devon and Cornwall too.

As an idea of what your donation could pay for at local children's hospice, Charlton Farm;

£5 Could buy the ingredients for a child or young person's birthday cake to make memories that last a lifetime

£10 Could pay for paints and materials for messy play - helping children and young people express how they feel in creative ways

£20 Could help fund fun family times in the hydrotherapy pool at the hospice to make memories together
