4 Members of the team from Prestons (Zara, Drew, Chris and Matthew) will be riding in Ford Ride London 2024 as part of TEAM TUDOR.

We have decided to donate all the money raised this year to Once Upon a Smile - One of the Charities we work alongside already. Once Upon a Smile offer bereavement support to children who have lost a loved one. Many children don’t know how to process their feelings when they’ve lost a loved one and can often feel isolated and alone. Once Upon a Smile offer lots of creative programmes where children and young people can come along to remember their loved ones and to express their thoughts and feelings in fun and safe environment. They also offer practical support to families by offering financial support and respite breaks.

Here is an example of the difference Once Upon a Smile made to one family, written by a bereaved parent.

“Our lives had just been turned upside down. It was painful enough telling our young son that his dad had died, let alone telling him the funeral was not going ahead. I cannot thank Once Upon a Smile enough for supporting us with the funeral costs and the ongoing support of gift cards for groceries. I do not know what I would have done without Once Upon a Smile”

TEAM TUDOR

As part of our ongoing partnership and role as official timekeeper, TEAM TUDOR is once again taking part in the Ford RideLondon, "The World's Greatest Festival of Cycling" taking place on Sunday 26th May.

We are putting together a TUDOR UK Cycling team of 40 people, powered by retail partners, journalists and our colleagues. Once again, there is the opportunity to raise money for the British Red Cross but this year we give riders the opportunity to select their own charity if they prefer.

Sven Olsen will lead TEAM TUDOR UK to raise a minimum of £25,000 for many good causes held dear to our riders' hearts.
