Story
Jack Anderson, Joe Warbrick and Sam Nelson from the Preston Office will be completing the 10K Tough Mudder run on Sunday 10 September in order to raise money for Lancashire Mind.
They need to raise a minimum donation of £240 each so any donations would be hugely appreciated!
Tough Mudder is the World’s best mud run and obstacle course, with the 10km version having an impressive 20 obstacles for our brave Preston team to overcome. Tough Mudder is more than just an obstacle course. Built on a foundation of teamwork and overcoming obstacles, it’s a chance for our brave participants to unplug from the daily grind, step outside their comfort zone, stretch their physical and mental limits, experience the unexpected and accomplish something big.
The Preston office has chosen to support Lancashire MIND.
Lancashire Mind see a future where everyone in Lancashire understands their mental health and wellbeing, see it as important as physical health and know how to look after it. They believe that only a universal approach, which gets everyone talking about and understanding mental health, will result in the achievement of Mental Wellbeing for All. They do this by working with people of all ages to build resilience, wellbeing and knowledge of mental health, Supporting people who are experiencing barriers to achieving good mental health and Helping people to achieve and maintain recovery from poor mental health.
They also provide housing and support for people with a mental health condition to return to independent living.
By channelling all donations through the RSM Foundation, your donations will be matched up to a total of £100k, meaning no matter how big or small your donation may be, we can make twice the impact to our Lancashire community.
