Free Kicks Foundation And Posh Team Up Once Again For Wembley Ticket Programme

Ahead of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Final last season we teamed up with Free Kicks Foundation to provide families who may not otherwise have been able to attend the showpiece final and opportunity to obtain free tickets.

Thanks to the magnificent support of the Posh family, we raised over £5,000 and were able to send over 100 people across 35 families to the capital for the game which saw us bring the trophy back to Peterborough thanks to two Harrison Burrows goals.

As we once again prepare for a trip to Wembley for the Vertu Trophy Final on Sunday 13th April we have once again teamed up with Free Kicks to run the same campaign this season.

We have opened a Just Giving Page to enable supporters to donate to a fund which will be used to purchase and distribute tickets for fans who would benefit from free tickets to the match.

Supporters who would like to donate to the fund, which will be used 100% towards the purchase of match tickets for the final, can do so here.

Any supporter wishing to donate is encouraged to do so by Tuesday 1st April so we can then distribute the tickets to those families chosen to receive them.

If you would like to nominate a family who might benefit from free tickets provided by this fund, or four Club Wembley tickets being provided by Free Kicks Foundation please email clive.edwards@theposh.com. The deadline for applications is Friday 28th March.

“Our supporters were fantastic in their efforts to support the campaign, and we really hope that they can come out in force again for those Posh fans who would benefit and make some dreams come true.”
