Pontypridd Cricket Club will be participating again in "Walking in the Valleys" for young cricketers fundraising event with 13 other cricket clubs. The purpose of this fundraising initiative is to improve the participation/experience and opportunity for young cricketers to play and get involved with cricket in the valleys.

The sponsored walks will be over 4 days.

Day 1 - Ebbw Vale CC to Blackwood CC

Day 2 - Blackwood CC to Machen CC.

Day 3 Machen CC to Pontypridd CC

Day 4 Pontypridd CC to Glamorgan CCC (Sophia Gardens).

Any donations go to the Presidents Fund which is used to support young cricketers through the provision of equipment, clothing, facilities and coaches. This enabling us to deliver a service and make it more accessible for young cricketers to play the sport.

The club is not for profit and does not have its Own bar or clubhouse, any donation enables us to grow the club and provide facilities and support to help improve cricket within the Welsh valleys again which has unfortunately come upon hard times in recent years.
