STOP THE TRAFFIK is working to prevent human trafficking and modern slavery around the world. Our goal is to build resilience in the most vulnerable of communities and disrupt the criminal networks that operate within them.

Plenitude will be raising money for this worth cause and the teams/team members we have undertaking 10for10 are as follows:

Plenitude Climbing Team - 10 boulders each in one session

Running Club - 10km run - Alan P, Andy, Klara Belle, Jordan, Manuel, Phil K

Swimming Club - swim 10km (with 1 km wild swimming for some) - Helen, Tom

10km Walk - Neeta, Kim, Khadijat

100km Rowing - Mike

10 workouts in 10 days - Jo, Elina, Shaun, Pravina, George

10km Stairmaster - Olivia
