Me and my dad are running Cardiff Half Marathon our first half marathon for Wales' leading homelessness charity, The Wallich.

Everyone has felt the pinch of the cost of living crisis. However, last year research from Shelter showed there were at least 271,000 people experiencing homelessness in the UK.

The Wallich supports people throughout and beyond this crisis. Whether that's providing emergency accommodation, supporting people with mental health and substance misuse issues, or upskilling for the future, their services cover all parts of someone's journey out of homelessness.
