Heart Heroes (HH) is committed to supporting children living with a life-limiting or life-threatening heart condition and their families. They focus on critically vulnerable children and their families providing a range of specialised activities and events that foster peer support, positive mental health and inclusivity so that no family faces their difficult journey alone.

Tomorrow Phoebe will be taking part in a relay race to raise funds for our local group which will continue to support us as a family as we navigate life with Trixies cardiac condition.
