As you know I lost my Best friend Geraint (Taff) Owen in November and I wanted to pay tribute to my friend in a lifetime by completing an event in his name to raise much needed funds for the Sobell House Hospice where Taff was looked after in his final hours. Over the whole of 2024 I shall be cycling the distance between RAF Brize Norton and Mount Pleasant in the Falkland Islands, this will be a minimum of 8000 miles which is the approximate distance. This challenge will require me to cycle an average 22 miles every day of the year. Please give what you can for this wonderful charity, offering care and dignity to individuals and their families in the final days and hours of their life.
