Story

On the 24th and 25th June Ailsa and I will be taking part in the Cotswold Way Challenge. It involves walking 100 km in two days (that's just over 62 miles in old money). We will be climbing/ascending about 1.4 miles in total. Blimey!

We will be raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. MND is a cruel disease which, as yet, has no cure. I lost a much-loved aunt to MND when I was young. More recently, a good friend has been diagnosed with MND. We have seen the devastating impact that it has on people's lives.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND.

We really appreciate your support. Think of us on the 24th and 25th of June!
