We educate about mental fitness & stigma to prevent suicide in communities

Story

As I lace up my running shoes for the Halton Jubilee Bridge 10k Race, I am reminded of the power of sport to bring people together and make a difference.

State of Mind Sport is on a mission to raise awareness about mental health and improve the mental fitness of our community, with the urgent goal of preventing suicide.

In England and Wales (2023), 17 people took their own lives every day, amounting to 120 lives lost every week. This shocking statistic is a call to action for all of us.

Around the world, approximately one person takes their own life every 40 seconds. It's a heartbreaking reality that we cannot ignore.

That's why I am raising funds to support State of Mind Sport in delivering life-changing mental fitness training that has the power to save lives. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a massive difference in this crucial mission. Thank you for joining me in this important cause.
