State of Mind Sport harness the power of sport to raise awareness about mental health and strive to improve the mental fitness of the population with the goal of preventing suicide

On October the 11th a group I will be walking through the night from AMT Headingley to Old Trafford in Manchester in honour of the Legendary and inspirational Rob Burrow.

Prior to this I will be running the Warrington 10km race to prepare for this challenge. Any donations are always welcome!!
