Event: Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon 2024, on 12 May 2024
The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon will take place on Sunday 12 May 2024 and has been inspired by former Leeds Rhinos captain, Kevin Sinfield OBE, and his fundraising challenges in recent years in support of his friend and team mate Rob Burrow.

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the MND Association.

Last Year I ran my first marathon in Rob Burrow’s name and for all of those suffering with MND.

This year I will again be running for the MND Association, but this year I will be running for Paul too.

Paul is one of our best friend Kate’s dad, and is an absolute diamond of a guy. One of the kindest men you’d ever meet and the kind of person who’d do anything for you.

The horrible news of his diagnosis has inspired Kate to get a team of runners together, and I am honoured to be running in his name.

Along with Callum, this year I am going to run the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon, Endure 24 and our own 11in11 challenge (all 11 Leeds-based park runs back to back on the hour for 11 hours).

I know times are hard, but anything you can give would be massively appreciated.
