Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've decided to push my ageing body to the limits by taking part in PLANETS Dawn to Dusk 100 mile bike ride from Winchester Cathedral to the Bristol Channel on 22nd June. I think it's a great cause. I've been fortunate to develop a special interest in carcinoid heart disease, a rare complication from neuroendocrine tumours, and I've met some wonderful people over the years. This seemed like a good opportunity to support a fantastic charity and try to get my self a bit fitter. I have always hated the concept of asking friends/ and family to donate money, but on this one occasion I hope it is reasonable to ask!
