Myself and a group of friends (who aren't the fittest specimens you've seen) are trying to raise money to donate to Liverpool CHICS and a few other local worthy causes by cycling over 200 miles in Holland over 3 long and very sore days..

This year will see us cycle from the Hook of Holland through Lieden, Amersfoort before finishing in Arnhem.
