I am riding from Lands End to John o'Groats along quiet Sustrans routes, which will take me through the prettiest and most interesting parts of our wonderful countries. It is not the quickest, but speed is not the point. I aim to finish by the 30th May. Every day will be a challenge and collecting for the Alzheimers charity will motivate me and spur me on when the going gets tough.
