Our names are Peter Henshaw & John McKay. We are excited to share that starting on Monday, 27th April 2026, we will embark on a sponsored walk along St. Oswald's Way in Northumbria. This beautiful route begins in the village of Heavenfield at Hadrian’s Wall and takes us through the stunning Northumbria National Park over three days before reaching the coast at Warkworth. Our journey continues along the coast for another three days, culminating on Lindisfarne (Holy Island). Over these six days, we will cover a distance of 97 miles (156 km).

We are raising funds for East Cheshire Hospice, a cause that provides vital care and support to those in need during challenging times. Our target is to raise £3,000 to help ensure that this incredible charity can continue its important work.
