Cleobury Community Hub - Phase 3
Campaign by CCH (RCN 1186142)
Our aim is to develop our offer to provide accessible facilities for all, including; roped climbing, adult changing places, dance studio and more areas to relax and enjoy good coffee and food.

Story

When Mark said fancy raising some money for our Community Hub by cycling from London to Paris, of course the answer was YES! Surely it's downhill to Paris and we can take our time? 'Not really Jan' was the reply so.....

Training has commenced for us both so we can cycle for 3 consecutive days, averaging 65 miles a day, starting from Crystal Palace on 24th Aug and ending at the Eiffle Tower on the 26th.

We have found muscles we didn't know existed and have even had to invest in padded shorts which are definitely an essential! If you feel able to give a donation towards our cycling challenge and to raise money for our community hub we would both be so, so grateful. Thanking you all,

Andy and Jan 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Below are a few words straight from the Community Hub....

A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality." - Yoko Ono

We love this quote as once the vision has been cast, our community wants to run with it and it has become OUR DREAM!

Please help us get closer to the reality of supporting our community with:

- A purpose built dance studio

- Increased bouldering

- New roped wall climbing

- Accessible climbing for all including persons with physical disabilities through specialised equipment.

- Changing Places toilet facility (adult disability toilet)

- Coffee shop and kitchen facilities

- Increased flexible room spaces for different activities and events.

Thank you for helping this dream become reality.
