Story

As part of 'The Headway Cardiff 100!' Damia, Ema and Tahmina will be completing 100 star jumps... at the peak of Pen y Fan, the highest point in southern Britain, at 886m high!

We would love your donations to help us raise £300 to support the brilliant services that Headway Cardiff and South East Wales provide for people affected by the devastating consequences of acquired brain injury and their families.

About the charity

We provide information, support and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers. We run an Independence and Wellbeing Centre, Community Social & Activity Groups, Welfare Benefits & Counselling Services, and monthly Family and Friends group.
