Tom and Alun from Pentangle Technology are going to be running Thame 10k this weekend in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

They're the Yin/Yang of running at the moment. Alun has only run 3 x 5k's this year other than a bit of treadmill work whereas Tom has been well-behaved and put some miles of training in... Yes, in the past Alun has run quite a few 10ks and even a half marathon but his preparation has always been a bit better than this!!

So, we're looking for motivation to make that second 5k a bit easier for Alun and as a company, we're looking to raise some much-needed funds for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

In addition, IF we can hit the £500 target Pentangle will add another £250 on top!
