Each year there are more than 9,000 new cancer cases in Devon. Every one of these cases is a person wondering what this will mean for them, their family, their future health.

FORCE Cancer Charity is here to do whatever we can to improve the quality of life for people in our community who may face fear, uncertainty and isolation due to cancer. FORCE is local and based in Exeter supporting the people of Devon.

I am planning to run 5 miles, part of the Power run at Powderham on 5th April, now that the two operations on my leg are over and done with.
