I am doing a 5 kilometre swimathon on 16 December to raise money for Save the Children's Gaza Appeal.

Children in Gaza have been and are continuing to be bombed, killed, maimed, orphaned, starved and denied water, medical treatment and shelter. Behind these words lie unimaginable horrors and trauma.

Gaza's children need our help. Save the Children is mobilising to:

- Distribute essential supplies such as medical kits, water, food, toiletries, and cooking utensils.

- Deliver Mental Health and Psychosocial Support services for children and caregivers.

- Set up child-friendly spaces so children could recuperate and recover.

Any donations given through this page will flow directly through to Save the Children's Gaza Appeal.
