On Monday 5 October 2026, the Bikespace team are taking on a coast-to-coast bike ride from Ilfracombe to Plymouth in a single day, raising funds for Path Devon and supporting its vital work to end homelessness in our city.

Bikespace is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Devonport, one of the most deprived neighborhoods in Devon. Our work is rooted in the belief that communities grow stronger when people are given the right tools and support. Through our workshop, our courses, and our network of dedicated volunteers, we use the bicycle as a practical and positive force for change.

Many of the people we work with are facing genuine hardship, and we have seen first-hand how much difference timely, compassionate support can make. That is why we are proud to ride for Path Devon, a charity that has spent more than 30 years at the forefront of tackling homelessness in Plymouth. Their teams help people move from crisis to stability through outreach, temporary accommodation, housing advice, and long-term settled homes.

Path Devon believes that everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home, and we share that conviction. This ride is our way of championing that cause and helping ensure their essential services can continue for those who need them most. Every mile we cycle and every pound raised will help Path Devon continue walking alongside people as they work toward a better future.
