Story
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.
Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

This is one of the cruellest and most unforgiving illnesses and people affected require on going support. Like so many aggressive illnesses sadly, there is no cure. This is why providing a solid and consistent support framework is SO important. My beautiful Granny Pauline Daphne Scott suffered form this and ultimately passed away in October 2008, and having to witness this first hand was heart-breaking and impacted several members of my family. We would like to contribute in anyway we can, helping to make Dementia easier for any families to face in the future.
I would also like to thank my fellow fundraisers from Nationwide who have all supported with Christmas hampers and a sponsored walk Anna Alberti, Rebecca Gulley, Rich Boraston, Frankie Hall, Valerie Pegler, Sam Gentilcore, Beth Carter, Robbie Thomas, Daniel Morris and Catherine Hamlyn, Gary Phelps, Joanne Hill, Stuart Painting and Luke Cregan
Thank you so much for your support
