Please support/laugh at my struggles as we take part in the 10 in 10 Challenge in June, crossing 10 peaks in 10 hours on the 22nd of June to raise money for MS research. The 16 mile trek takes place across 10 peaks in the Lake District, and I expect it will hurt.

I work everyday with researchers who are doing everything they can to study the effects and possible treatments for MS from doing everything we can for those with the condition to live longer, dignified lives, to investigating the root causes to prevent the worst of MS before it starts. Without the MS Society backing them, they wouldn't be able to get a fraction of the work done; their support helps provide access to the expensive technologies and tools needed, and fund countless hours of researchers, technicians and medical staff needed to keep moving forward against this cruel condition.

So please donate. If not for the absolutely world-changing work the MS Society enables, then just to point and laugh at a late-twenties Sysadmin who is trying to prove he hasn't already peaked.

All photos posted in updates are taken on the training walks unless mentioned otherwise. I need these jokes to be organic, and I'm taking /steps/ to ensure that.

Also I have no idea why Just Giving mangles my main picture like that. I've tried changing the resolution, the aspect ratio, the compression. Oh well!
