Story
The past 12 months has seen both of my sons admitted to Crumlin Children's Hospital.
My youngest son Cól (1) was admitted at just 6 weeks old requiring support to breathe following complications from RSV, a Respiratory virus.
Peadar (2) was admitted in May and spent a week on life support and a week recovering with invasive group A strep.
Both made a full recovery thanks to the care given by the team at Crumlin and at Tallaght Hospital. The Nurses, Doctors and all the staff were incredible in their support to my boys and to my wife and me.
I initially committed to running a marathon as a personal goal, but now I want to use this opportunity to give back to the Children's Hospital in Ireland. Your support would mean the world to me. Please consider donating and sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you for your generosity!
