I am writing to you with a sincere request for financial assistance. My name is Kozlenko Pavlo Andriyovych, I am a disabled person of the 1st group and I move around in a wheelchair. Due to my condition, I only have one hand, which significantly complicates everyday life.

At the moment, I really need dental prosthetics, since this is not only a matter of health, but also the ability to eat normally. I also urgently need to replace the batteries for my electric wheelchair, without which I simply cannot move freely.
