Many of you will have heard that following Paul cycling NC500 over 3 days on 2023 for fun (?!?!?!) he decided to set himself a new challenge for 2024 and cycle from Lands End to John o’Groats in summer 2024 over 5 days (averaging 200 miles a day) !!!

In order to gain my support for this one he agreed to raising some funds for charity :-). Rock Trust is a charity I’ve supported for a number of years now and the work they do to support young people is utterly amazing.

We’ll be sharing updates on Paul’s preparations for the cycle, he started his training at the end of 2023 and is putting in an immense amount of work to prepare for this quite frankly crazy cycle!!
