As you all know, my research evolves around sustainable & healthy food systems and that is why I decided to raise money for a charity that has sustainability, equity and health at the core of their mission: The Felix Project.

The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
