Story

For my 86th birthday my son Bruce and his wife Katie offered me the wonderful opportunity to achieve something I have always wanted to do, my first parachute jump. Whilst this is a very exciting personal experience it’s also a great opportunity for me to involve another of my passions, the Children’s Trust, a charity I have volunteered for over several years.

"THE CHILDREN'S TRUST" is the UK's leading charity for children with BRAIN INJURIES. It delivers REHABILITATION, EDUCATION and COMMUNITY SERVICES for those children sadly affected by such injuries.

Briefly, the charity's main work is to help children with a brain injury by providing the above services, as well as medical attention for which requires large investment. Every year 40,000 children in the UK are left with a brain injury as a result of an accident or illness and it can be devastating.

PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FOR THIS VERY GOOD CAUSE. We and the Children will be FOREVER GRATEFUL.
