I'm taking part in the 10k Sue Ryder Starlight Hike in Mapledurham on 5 October.

Sue Ryder help to make sure that everyone approaching the end-of-life, or living with grief, can access the support they need. They can’t make life’s most difficult moments easy, but they can carry some of the load.
