This August, I’ll be taking on the King Alfred’s Way! A huge 360km walking adventure across 15 days - through the historic kingdom of Wessex to raise money for Big Moose, a charity very close to my heart.

The trail, which starts and ends in Winchester, is as much about the journey as the destination, and I’m excited (and slightly nervous!) for the challenges and memories it will bring.

Big Moose is an incredible charity focused on improving mental health, helping people in crisis, and preventing suicide. Their mission to leave the world better than we found it means a lot to me and they have helped me a tremendous amount over the years!
