Story

JC Wealth: Walking for a Cause Kiltwalk 2025

At JC Wealth, we are more than just colleague's we are a family. In 2025, our team is coming together to walk in the Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen Kiltwalks to honour the memory of our dear colleague Martin, who sadly lost his battle with bowel cancer.

With every step, we aim to celebrate Martin's life, raise awareness, and support A Bear Named Buttony - a cause that meant so much to him. Our team will be lacing up their walking boots to raise funds in Martin's name at the three Kiltwalks, ensuring his legacy continues to make a difference.

This journey is not just about the miles we walk but about the love, respect, and support we share as a team. If you'd like to support us, donate, or even join us on the walk, we be incredibly grateful. Together, we can make a lasting impact. Thank you xx

A Bear Named Buttony is a Scottish Charity providing support throughout the UK to children and young people who have a stoma. We donate Buttony, a cuddly friend, who has a stoma to children through a network of paediatric stoma nurses and direct through our FaceBook page. For Young Adults with a stoma we donate a wash bag full of non medical items to help them adapt to life with a stoma. Thanks so much for considering supporting our work. Together we can raise awareness and banish the 'poo' taboo!
