Story

My brother James is my hero. For 30 years he has lived with an autoimmune disease, Wegner's granulomatosis (GPA). A rare and elusive disease, potentially fatal and often debilitating.

I've never heard James complain or indulge in self-pity. Instead, he founded the St. Thomas' Wegner's Trust with his doctor to research this condition and allow swifter diagnosis for other sufferers.

The rare nature of the disease means it is often overlooked for funding, so any donation can make all the difference.

I am running the Abu Dhabi Marathon on December 14th (my first marathon!) to raise money for this research and hope you would consider contributing to a cause close to my heart.

Thank you.
