Story
Having not cycled more than 5 miles before I was quite naive in agreeing to this and thinking I could do it. As it is for the air ambulance, I will take on this challenge!
Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. It needs to raise £4.5m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.
At Aspire we are immensely proud to have Wiltshire Air Ambulance as the selected charity in our Swindon group. On July 13th we will set off from the Stratton House Hotel and head down to the WAA base at Semington for our lunch stop, returning to complete our 100 mile charity fundraising ride.
