I'm raising money in honor of Neil Cundale who sadly passed away on 16 October 2023.

His wife Liz has been doing an incredible job of raising money for the Hospice of St Francis who provided such amazing care to Neil.

During 2024 I plan on doing multiple running events in honour of Neil, including my first marathon in Berlin in September 2024. Liz has also roped me into her 42km challenge in February and various other things TBC! I'll try and keep this page updated.

I will match total donations up to £4,000 and my employer has agreed to do the same. Therefore, every £1 donated becomes £3! :-D

- 3 March - Berkhamsted Half Marathon Sponsored by Hospice of St Francis 😍 - DONE in 1h36m50secs. New PB!!

- 27 April - Chiltern Ridge Ultra Marathon (50km) 😬😳 DONE in 5h42m. New (only!) marathon and 50km PB. 75th place out of ~260 starters.

- 16 June - High Easter (Chelmsford) 10K

- 8 September - Great North Run

- 29 September - Berlin Marathon 🙌

- 1 December - Hyrox doubles with Liz 🏋️‍♀️
