In just under a month's time I will be taking on the challenge with the Tamworth Team of walking approximately 27km from Handelsbanken Branch in Tamworth to Birmingham Children's Hospital in support of Carter The Brave. This will be totally outside anything I've done previously but all for a worthy cause.

Carter the Brave have been fundraising for 9 years, raising over £450,000! Carter is in remission after many years of treatment, but there are still many children enduring the grueling & lengthy protocol that comes with childhood cancer. It is CTB's sole mission to make this journey easier for other people's Carters.

Since 2016 Carter the Brave has made a huge impact with highlights being the Handsfree Vocera system, 3 x IV Vein Finders, 1500 Amazon vouchers, 7 revolutionary GameStations, £107,000 to the CTB Fellowship Research Fund resulting in ground-breaking research, 2 Chemo CADD Pumps allowing children to stay at home more & more recently 2 Mouth Ulcer Treatment Machines & Anti Coag machines to reduce pain for the children whilst also reducing their hospital visits.
