Story

I am off my bike and on shanks's pony 6th July for a walk (Trek ) around the Cotswolds, with friends and colleagues from Crawfords hoping to raise some money for the Alzheimer’s Society who are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

Alzheimer's Society do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

I have seen how Alzheimers can impact family members and hopefully one day soon there will be a cure .

So any contribution going to this great cause would be very much apprecaited. For those that know me, walking is not my thing, so this will be a challenge - but I am told its mainly downhill. I have also left my training plan a little late to start, so will have to wing it on the day but have had a stroll around the local park which is a start!
