Event: The Great Tommy Sleepout 2024, from 1 March 2024 to 31 March 2024
It's cold, it's dark, it's wet. Can you last the night? During the month of March, we are challenging you to join The Great Tommy Sleep Out. Sleep outside for one night to fund raise for RBLI and raise awareness for homeless ex-servicemen and women.

Story

I (Paul Priestley) started the Forces Together Group just after The Great Tommy Sleepout 2023. I had a real passion for the amazing charity as the event changed my life.

Together with just four friends who are all key members of the group, a lot of help from the amazing RBLI staff, support from other group members and of course the general public we are now raising funds for the Homeless Veterans throughout the year.

One of the reasons I chose to fundraise as a group is because I don’t and people within the group don’t want personal recognition, there is no I in team.

We are swapping our beds for a sleeping bag to raise vital funds and awareness for over 6000 veterans that are experiencing homeless in the UK right now.

With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide safe, warm housing and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to gain employment, regardless of health conditions or disability.

Please help me to raise much needed funds and awareness for this truly incredible cause.
