Follow us as we embark on a remarkable journey to support Age UK.

We are cycling the full length of Portugal, covering over 650 miles and an ascent of 50,000+ feet. The ride takes place from 7th to 19th October 2024. It will be quite hot and quite a challenge, but we're doing it for such a worthwhile cause.

Age UK provides essential services for older individuals, including day centers, in-home care support, and a hospital discharge and community team. These facilities offer a safe and enjoyable environment for older people to socialize, engage in activities, and receive specialized care.

The funds raised will enable the charity to continue providing these vital services, ensuring that older individuals can live independently with dignity and support.
