I am taking part in a 10k race in the beautiful New Forest port town of Lymington, helping raise vital funds for the RNLI, allowing us to continue our lifesaving work. My son is running the 1k race and were also running in memory of Liam Read (Leemo) a very special guy and is hugely missed. I have set a goal of 1hour 14 minutes for the 10k and my Son Reuben is going for under 6 mins in the 1k.Training has been going well and we will never forget Liam Read a real nice guy to be around and always in hearts of many around Lymington and the surrounding areas hopefully Me and Reuben and the Mighty Saints will make you proud on Sunday.
